The heavens are telling the glory of God with the changing colors and constant formation of the clouds. It is especially awesome at the approach of a storm to watch the trees bending, but not breaking (my lesson to bend and never to snap when troubles approach.)
The firmament shows the work of His hands as I watch the Crepe Myrtle by my window lose its leaves and then with March or April greening, bud and then produce lovely white flowers. I see the dandelions on the hillside, then the pretty yellow flowers and the daisies. There are trees of every shade of green, in all sizes and magnificent shapes.
An added gift is the Gazebo. There I can witness someone meditating or a group of sisters assembling in the evening, each lending support for the other or just enjoying the fresh air. Hopefully, they leave some crumbs for the birds who have entertained them.
At the end of the day I often witness the splendor of the mighty sun setting. I have to whisper a prayer of gratitude for all the warmth my room has received all day.
There is no end to the marvels outside my window.
