On World Mission Sunday, the John Newman Mission Community (JNMC) in Buffalo, N.Y. held their annual Mass and pancake breakfast to raise money for the sisters’ Timau Mission in Kenya, Africa.
Sister Joanne Gangloff thanked them for their many years of support for the mission and for the children and families in Timau. Sisters Bea Leising, Fran Gangloff and Helen Buscarino also attended. JNMC donated $4,500 for the mission ministries, plus another $1,200 for the three boys that JNMC supports in the Adopt a Child program.
